E-design is exactly what it sounds like.. interior design services offered online. With this service, we are able to offer a simple, affordable alternative to our full-service interior design. E-design is perfect for clients who want design direction and designer expertise, but don’t mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage, and implement the project themselves. If you like to DIY (do-it-yourself), than this is definitely the design service for you.

And, the process is simple. We gather information from you to learn what you envision for your space, and then we create a beautiful and functional custom design plan for you that serves as a do-it-yourself guide to create the space yourself. With e-design, you can tackle the design of your home one space at a time, at your own pace, and as your budget allows!

Why E-Design?

1. It’s affordable.
With me, you’ll pay a flat fee for your space, no matter how large or small it is! I have 3 packages to choose from.  Please see below.

2. It’s comfortable
Once you fill out the questionnaire and send photos and measurements of your space, you can relax knowing that within a week you’ll have a complete style guide.

3. It’s on your time
Once your plan is complete and you have the style guide, you can take as long you want to set up the space. You can move forward with the exact suggestions I sent or use it as inspiration to find something else.

Then, we have you take measurements and photographs of your space for me to utilize during the design. If needed, we may also gather additional information.​​
To start, I send you a client questionnaire to gather information about your project requirements, your design goals and what you envision for your space.

DESIGN

FINAL PLAN

Next, I create space plans, design and color concepts, as well as furniture and finish selections, that fit the functional and aesthetic needs of your space.
Lastly, I organize all our design ideas, tools, and tips into a comprehensive e-design plan that will serve as a do-it-yourself guide to implementing the design yourself!

E-Design Plan
All e-design packages include a complete e-design plan with the design tools (per the package listings above), a personal note from our designer, and a to-do list with designer tips to help you get started implementing the design!

Entirely Online
All e-design services, and correspondence for your project, will be conducted entirely online from the comfort of your own home. This means no need to schedule in-person appointments, showroom visits, etc.

Furnishings & Decor
All furnishings, decor, etc. included in our e-design plans are readily available to you at affordable, national retailers open to the public, making it really simple for you to implement the e-design plan yourself!

Timeline
With the streamlined e-design process, once we start the design of your project, you'll have a complete e-design plan within a couple of weeks. And, I also provide two weeks of complementary email support as you get started!

TERMS & CONDITIONS




1.E-Design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes.

2. Client agrees to provide full information, including correct measurements, regarding the client’s requirements for the project.

3. E-Design client agrees to correspond strictly through online communication. Client also agrees to additional fees of $50 per phone call.

5. August Joy Designs/Lauren Webb will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any, subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the e-décor project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

6. Client understands that E-Design provides a design plan that he/she will execute and implement by doing all the purchasing and coordinating with the vendors that is specified in the style guide. Once the plans are delivered,  Augsut Joy Designs/Lauren Webb has fully satisfied the agreement and is are released from further obligations.

7. After the second delivery of the style guide, or first delivery if client deems it ok, there will be 7 days of complimentary email service. After those 7 days, no more services are provided. Any other project advice will be $50 per week.

8. August Joy Designs/Lauren Webb provides revisions of client's style guide based on package selection.

9. All items specified in style guide are available through online retailers. August Joy Designs/Lauren Webb has no control over their stock and inventory or fluctuations in pricing. Therefore items may be on back-order, discontinued, or increased in price by the time you order. Client is responsible for finding suitable replacements. Any further requests or changes beyond the 7 day allowance will incur an additional charge at a weekly rate of $50 per week.

10. The style guide may at times contain affiliate links. An affiliate link means that if a link is clicked and a purchase is made, August Joy Designs/Lauren Webb be paid a commission on that purchase. It does not increase the price of the item.

11. Client understands that the E-Design fee is non-refundable. 

12. August Joy Designs/Lauren Webb cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for e-décor project.
